Bug Description

Binary package hint: phppgadmin

Using Ubuntu 10.04 x86_64 Server edition
The distro comes with PostgreSQL 8.4 and phppgadmin 4.2.2

From phppgadmin, its not possible to export data in sql format.

This is a new bug in 10.04 because in this version PostgreSQL 8.4 is installed as default and its pg_dump utility no longer accepts the "-d" parameter(instead uses the "--inserts" parameter). phppgadmin 4.2.2 uses the older format and thus the problem arises.

Fix:
Manually editing the "/usr/share/phppgadmin/dbexport.php" resolves the issue.
