"also notified" bugs not showing on +subscribedbugs

Bug Description
Bugs were you are part of the "also notified" section are not showing up in the +subscribed bugs, which makes looking for bugs via the team page totally broken.

I don't think that bugs that you are 'also notified' on should show up
on +subscribedbugs. There are a number of reasons why you are also
notified, and a lot of people use +subscribebugs as a list of bugs that
they are extra interested in.
It does make sense, though, to have a page listing bugs on
packages/products that a person/team is a bug contact for.
