Bug Description

A bug is filed against a package in Ubuntu. An upstream task is opened with no bug watch. Later on, it is decided that this isn't an upstream issue after all, and the upstream task is rejected. The bug still shows when searching with the "show only bugs that need to be forwarded upstream" option.

For example: Take a look at https://launchpad.net/people/desktop-bugs/+assignedbugs?field.searchtext=&orderby=-importance&field.status%3Alist=Unconfirmed&field.status%3Alist=Needs+Info&field.status%3Alist=Confirmed&field.status%3Alist=In+Progress&field.status%3Alist=Fix+Committed&field.owner=&field.status_upstream=pending_bugwatch&field.status_upstream-empty-marker=1&field.omit_dupes.used=&field.omit_dupes=on&field.has_patch.used=&search=Search
