Screen Resolution doesn't work

Bug Description

Screen Resolution is fixed on 640x480 60HZ and menus doesn't open to make changes. My video card is ATI Radeon 9250. Also dual monitor system doesn't show. As a result opened windows are too big and make it difficult to manage menus and buttons to operate programs.

Thank you for your bug report. Please try setting up your monitor in your xorg.conf to provide what the manufacter recommends on vertial and horz. refresh rates. to do this i googled my model numbers and changed the refresh rates and added new resolutions up to the max that my monitor will allow. You can also try http://help.ubuntu.com/community/FixVideoResolutionHowto.
