screen detection problem (edgy knot 2)

Bug Description

With the last developpement version knot 2 (31-Aug-2006 15:06), during the boot, LCD screen looks strange : the top-middle part is black and middle-bottom white/black so i reset the notebook. I have added vga=771 in the boot prompt and there is no problem.
The notebook is a Dell D610 with screen 17", graphic cards radeon M300
