Bug Description
Upgrade via synaptic "smart upgrade" from Xubuntu to Edgy.
After upgrade complete restarted Xserver but it failed to start. Checked /etc/X11/xorg.conf and Device Section set to ATI radeon. My card is Nvidia. Manually corrected xorg.conf to fix

Do you have the old xorg.conf available? If not, I don't think there is much to do here.. I'm closing the bug, but if you feel otherwise you can reopen it.
