Bug Description

From Kernel 2.6.16 and above the dsbr100 module is not build by default anymore. (Last seen working in 2.6.15*)

Please check Device Drivers-->Multimedia devices-->Video Capture Adapters-->V4l USB devices-->D-Link USB FM radio support again as a module.

It seems that support for some devices (including dsbr100) is deprecated now. This module can be selected only when using the old V4L API, not the compatible Layer.

Can you provide some more details of the problem? The module was definitely included in the 2.6.17 kernels built for Edgy (I used it almost every day).

As for deprecation, it seems that this module has since been upgraded to the v4l2 API for the kernel included in feisty (2.6.20).

Thanks for your report. I'm closing this report because the module dsbr100 is included in all the supported release of Ubuntu except Dapper.

Don't hesitate to submit any new bug.
