gtk-cancel/gtk-no icon is confusing

Bug Description

Currently an arrow to the left is used for the default cancel and no icon. This metaphor is already in use by the default revert action icon. Furthermore the yellow colored arrow doesn't give me the right feeling for the impacts of a cancel action: all done changes get lost.

The old red cross seems to be a widely known icon.

Thanks for the bug report. I think this was remedied already and all the dialog-* icons purged from the last release.

Just because out of my personal interest: should this bug be marked as "fix released" instead of "rejected"?
