Bug Description

Binary package hint: libxvmc1

When running Xine (by way of example):
XvMCWrapper: Could not open config file "/usr/etc/X11/XvMCConfig".
XvMCWrapper: No such file or directory

`strings /usr/lib/libXvMCW.so.1|grep usr` reports:
/usr/etc/X11/XvMCConfig

Note, that's in edgy, don't know if the bug is older than that.

Bug fixed on upload of:

 libxvmc (2:1.0.2-0ubuntu2) edgy; urgency=low
 .
   * Added --sysconfdir=/etc to configure flags (Fixes: Malone #59964)

That fixes the old message, but now xine whimpers thusly:
/usr/lib/libXvMC.so.1: undefined symbol: XvMCCreateContext
