Problem solved'ish, i just got a new email about my cancled credit card:

------------------
Unfortunately when we tried to process your regular payment with your card, it failed.

We understand that this might be for all sorts of reasons - your card might have expired or been cancelled.

Please take a moment to review your card details here

https://one.ubuntu.com/account/subscription/******/

on your Account Details page so that we can reprocess the payment and keep your paid Ubuntu One service active. We will try to process your payment again in 3 days. If we still are not able to complete the transaction, we will downgrade your service to the free Ubuntu One plan.

Thanks for being part of Ubuntu One.

When i used the link it took me to a page saying that i needed to update my payment Information, ironically it showed my new credit card, that i had just tried to by a new subscription with.
Updating it to the same credit card seams to have worked.
The site now says 50GB, except for the usage meater in the upper right, it shows "523.3 MB Used (25.6%)"
