Please sync bayonne 1.2.16-6 from Debian Sid (main)

Please sync bayonne 1.2.16-6 from Debian Sid (main). The only Ubuntu change was the changelog, as it was a rebuild. The package builds fine on a clean Edgy pbuilder. The changelog entries follow:
