DATE insert does not work as expected but shows time

Bug Description

I have the file here...
the date should not be counting but should give only the Month and day. OOo opens it properly if you want to have a look.

This was given me from my teacher at school... much of the formatting here does not work... and they are supposed to be in finnish standard settings.

Using the attached document, I can confirm this issue in Abiword 2.8.1 using Xubuntu Lucid. I have taken a screenshot showing both applications with this document open, to show the differences in how the date appears.

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. Ubuntu 10.04.4 Desktop reached EOL on May 9, 2013.

I've tried recreating this bug with your release and was unable to, given the information you've provided. Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test. If the bug is still reproducible, increase the verbosity of the steps to recreate it so we can try again.
