3. try to display the content of the cd by clicking on the icon in the
navigation tree

How often does this happen?
I haven't tried with another audio CD, but other applications (sound
juicer) are able to read the cd without problem

Thanks for your bug. Nautilus doesn't browse audio-cd but should launch sound-juicer to play them. Could you get a backtrace with nautilus-dbg installed?
