Bug Description

The following packages are not in the Edgy repositories (nor in any Ubuntu release ):

myspell-pt-pt aspell-pt-pt wportuguese iportuguese

but they are available in the Debian sid and unstable repositories:

This packages are the dictionary's for the International Portuguese ( Not the Brazilian type )

Could there be another sync or adding this files?

Thanks

I miss these too. Dapper had them all included in a single package and now that they are split ubuntu doesn't carry all. aspell-pt is depending on both aspell-pt-pt and aspell-pt-br although only the pt-br one exists.

They are still missing, can anybody confirm whether action is being taken on this issue. I am doing my best here to promote Linux but people are complaining here that the brazilian portuguese not at all helpfull for them. I really think this is an important issue especially because ubuntu is so keen on language support.

This bug has already been fixed. I wonder why it wasn't closed sooner.
