Bug Description
I've installed 4 different PC's with ubuntu 6.06 (dapper), and in all of them I cannot change the default language for OpenOffice.org2 documents:
In Tools->
I find "English (USA)" or even "French" ??! but I can only choose a language for the current document, since this option button is greyed out, which means that I must change it manualy for every document I create.
This does not occur with OpenOffice2.org in a debian distribution install, so I think that is an Ubuntu build bug.
After a google search I found 2 other similar situations, but no solution, or any bug open in this forum:

works for me with 2.0.4rc1, as announced on ubuntu-
