Documents default language unchangeable

Bug Description

I've installed 4 different PC's with ubuntu 6.06 (dapper), and in all of them I cannot change the default language for OpenOffice.org2 documents:

In Tools->Options->Languages->Default languages for documents (Western)
I find "English (USA)" or even "French" ??! but I can only choose a language for the current document, since this option button is greyed out, which means that I must change it manualy for every document I create.

This does not occur with OpenOffice2.org in a debian distribution install, so I think that is an Ubuntu build bug.

works for me with 2.0.4rc1, as announced on ubuntu-devel-announce. please recheck.
