could you stop filing such bugs and discuss that on ubuntu-devel before doing a mass filling? The Desktop menu is not supposed to list everything like the Debian one and opening thousands of bugs will not make the job easier for anybody. Should transitions should be planned and worked from the wiki by example if required

What's the point of installing apps that will never show up. all software you install should show up on the kmenu or whats the point of installing it?
