Bug Description

*package gnome-network-manager*

I recently upgraded 2006-09-15 00:46:06 upgrade linux-image-2.6.15-26-386 2.6.15-26.46 2.6.15-26.47 and apon restarting I tried to open a browser and no internet. The icon for gnome-network-manager had a red exclamation saying it was disconnected. I checked networking system>admin>networking and everything was disabled. I tried to enable all connections but nothing was working. I then did ifconfig eth0 up a couple of times and got it to obtain an IP and that is how I'm writing this now. The gnome-network-manager is still showing that I'm disconnected even though I can browse the internet.

So todays kernel update fixed the "disconnected" issue but wireless does not show up when clicking on the gnome-network-manager applet. I do not see another way to connect to the wireless.
