Bug Description
dh_shlibdeps is not called in debian/rules, and the Depends line is missing ${shlibs:Depends}, causing the binary package to lack dependencies on libdbus and glibc. This made dhcdbd (and thus network manager) break silently on the soname bump caused by dbus 0.60.
