Bug Description
Binary package hint: zsync
Even if an input file (or a combination) totally matches the requested file, zsync reads through any other input files and part files before deciding that there's nothing to do.
For instance, say file1.iso matches the requested file. The following will read through all the local files before completing:
$ zsync -i file1.iso -i file2.iso -i file3.iso http://

The attached patch fixes this issue and also skips duplicate input files. I sent it to upstream by email, but haven't heard back.
