Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Without logging in, open https:/
2. Fill in Not registered yet? 'E-mail address:' <email address hidden>
3. Click 'Register'
4. Crash like OOPS-256D762
This happens because:
$ whois bar-com-.co.uk
Error for "bar-com-.co.uk".
This domain cannot be registered because it contravenes the Nominet UK
naming rules. The reason is:
third-level domains may neither start nor end with a hyphen.
