Please sync python-pip 0.7.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Changes in Ubuntu package were for python 2.6, now there are no diffs
between packages, Debian package has a lot of updates and it builds
well in maverick pbuilder.
