Binary package hint: clive

Please sync clive 2.2.12-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main). It fixes YouTube[1] and break.com support.
It might also be worth updating the package in the last release for this.

  * Remove backported patches.
  * Remove (build-)dep on perl (>= 5.10) | libdigest-sha-perl.
    Stable already has perl 5.10.
