The diffstat is between the two released tarballs, a few changes that are in 0.2.1 are in the 0.2.0 package in edgy

This is a new feature release, and we are in feature freeze...can you provide more rationale? Which bug fixes do you feel are critical for the release?

The necessary fixes are
 - semweb update fixes many metadata problems in images
 - rotate on export corrects problems with exif tags (bug 55972), compatibility with other apps like gthumb
 - mono fixes for f-spot --view
 - "use JIS not SJIS after seeing 351880 and checking the exif specification."
 - ensure unique filenames when exporting to CD

Further comments

 - Rotate on export will ensure all recipients (mail clients, gthumb, etc) will display the photo correctly.
 - Resize attached photos to mail to a smaller size, instead of only sending original sizes.
 - semweb update ensures that other applications (exiftool for instance) can read the tags written by f-spot.
