Building LTSP chroot stops during portmap installation

Binary package hint: portmap

The Knot3 edubuntu installation stops building LTSP chroot at portmap for about 5min. Thested on x86.

confirmed ... it seems to run a netstat test that takes this long to time out ... seems release critical to me ...

apparently the portmap postinst is doing an rpcinfo -p in the postinst that takes ages to complete.
since thats only used to echo the portmap driven services in an info message to the cli i think we can just drop that line completely from our package.
