usplash does not work with sisfb

Bug Description

if I use the sisfb (because vesafb is broken for me) no usplash appears but some debug messages about

Calling INT 0x2F (F000:FF53)
EAX is 0x4F91

this appears several times on boot but no graphics.

Only some debug messages normally not sent to usplash are shown.

Ok vesafb and usplash work for now but with sisfb it seems to be broken further. The error messages are the same but the graphics are messed up (I attached a photo) the progress bar works and the console is ok after boot up.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

I set the status of this bug to invalid since it has not been updated since more than one year. If you can still reproduce this issue with latest ubuntu release, please re-open this bug report. Thanks for your contribution to ubuntu!
