Bug Description
Start gedit , type some characters. leave it, don't save.
Start firefox or any other program so it is in front of the gedit window.
Press the logout button, press shutdown.
>> You are now stuck...
gedit asks to save the current file before shutdown. But the dialog is behind firefox (or whatever program you opened) The tabs to focus programs in the panel don't work at this point. So you are stuck, you can't save the file, and the PC won't shut down. And you lose whatever work you had in gedit.
This is a pretty common situation. I often leave gedit open with unsaved info (usually temp info).
