Bug Description
Binary package hint: apache2
the "apache test page" that gets installed with apt-get install apache2 says:
"The Apache documentation has been included with this distribution."
and documention is a link to
a href="/manual/"
which doesn't exist.

I can confirm this on current edgy. Installing the apache2-doc package does not fix the problem.
