missing dependancy on libdigest-sha1-perl

(i'v looked at debian, and dont see a bug, so i'm filing here[1] )

The error output is as follows:

and according to packages.u.c [2] the missing package is libdigest-sha1-perl

an apt-cache depends debmirror shows these depends:
