Cancel button icons are not themed

Bug Description

The icon on the "Cancel" button of any dialog does not have a "Human" icon, and the default GNOME cross icon is used instead.

It would be nice to have some consistency here, since normally the other buttons next to "Cancel" are themed (e.g. the "Apply" button, see screenshot)

This screenshot shows how the icons are not consistent, in this case in Synaptic. See how "Cancel" has the default GNOME icon, whereas "Apply" has the Human icon.

The "reboot or do not reboot"-dialog after upgrades also shows one human and one gnome-standard icon, should be humanized as well :)

I really can't believe this is still unfixed. Do you really want to release edgy with that ugly cancel icon that can be seen all over the place and will certainly put off many users?
