Bug Description
Actually, only original reporters or administrators can edit source package linked to a given ticket. I think it would be useful if normal users could have the ability to modify it too.

Source package is now part of the 'Edit Request' page and is accessible by every logged in user. This is currently in development and should be available in a few weeks in production.
