Time 12H format not included for Saudia Arabia

can you pls elaborate about what you mean? a screenshot maybe? a little more detail please -thanks :)

I use Dapper version !
with local settings of Saudia Arabia

Time format coming with :
1- 24 Hours
2- Linux Time
3- Internet Time

I want to use 12 Hours format for the time .
Example:
In case of time 22:00 I want to format it as 10:00 PM

If I change the location to Egept I can do it. But In Saudia Arabia it dos'nt .

Which locale do you use? Can you run locale on the terminal and paste the output here?
