Bug Description

For Edgy+1 - CMI sound cards have MPU support but it isn't enabled by default, per ALSA's documentation. This fix comes out of said documentation.

Adding the following line to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base:
 options snd-cmipci mpu_port=0x330 fm_port=0x388

I encountered this today on IRC while helping someone troubleshoot why their CMI card's MIDI wouldn't work, and this solution did work for him.

This is the link I am referring to.. http://alsa.opensrc.org/index.php?page=cmipci
(Sorry, I thought it was official documentation, but maybe it isn't, I'm not real sure. It's a wiki from the looks of it.)
