Sony Vaio PCG-Z1RAP
With updates to Edgy Eft in the last week, Fn key combinations for brightness and sound stopped working. Keyboard Shortcuts control panel won't recognize Fn key as a modifier.
Interestingly enough, I have to use Fn key combinations to do PgDn, PgUp, Home, and End, but these still work. Not sure if that's handled in software or in the keyboard controller itself, though.

I have the same problem on a Sony Vaio VGN-S260 using the kubuntu and ubuntu beta livecds. It worked with an earlier Knot CD though, and works fine in Dapper.
