kernel updated but no linux-restricted-modules-2.6.15-27

Bug Description
A friend of mine on Dapper just updated his kernel to version 2.6.15-27 and rebooted only to get a black screen because the nvidia kernel module isn't loading. Now I'm trying to download linux-restricte
I'm going to attach the sources.list file and the output of apt-cache search linux-restricted modules. It finds the previous versions are found (25 and 26), but not version 27. Really stumped by this one...
