Bug Description
Binary package hint: libgnomevfs2-common
At least in version 2.14.2-0ubuntu1, the package provides /usr/share/
Steps to reproduce:
1) sudo apt-get --reinstall install libgnomevfs2-common
2) ls -la /usr/share/
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 32 2006-09-28 21:21 /usr/share/
3) ls -la /etc/gnome-
ls: /etc/gnome-

Thanks for your bug. Confirmed, Debian uses that file and that's probably a small issue from the merge. That's just a cosmetic issue though since Ubuntu uses /usr/share/ applications/ defaults. list and desktop-file-utils ships that list
