Given that there is an unbounded number of branches on Launchpad, this page should use batching, or should be removed altoghether or it will start timing out at some point.

Had a phone call with mpt today about launchpad 1.0 UI for bazaar. We agreed to just nuke +all-branches out.
The /bazaar front page will display a variety of statistics and short lists of interesting branches, and should allow searching for branches, but the +all-branches page does not have very much of a use case anymore, and batching it would only make it even less useful.
