Bug Description

Binary package hint: xtoolwait

the xtoolwait binary is installed in /usr/X11R6/bin/xtoolwait. This directory is not in the PATH by default. And, the only other file in that directory is a link to /usr/bin/X. I'm guessing xtoolwait should go in /usr/bin/X11, which is a link to /usr/bin/.

Also, the description of the xtoolwait package is a little narrow considering it's benefits. It's like nohup with X awareness. Besides the scenario listed in the package description, you could also say:

"xtoolwait can also be used to start X programs from a shell prompt. So, that when the shell exits, the program started via xtoolwait won't die because it's parent has died."

E.g., it's like an X-aware version nohup. You start programs with xtoolwait from the shell, when the shell exits, the program keeps going.
