Bug Description

In 6.10 beta, Network Manager applet refuses to start, complaining about some missing resources. It's missing and icon, nm-vpn-lock. Problem is fixed by "sudo gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor".
Apparently icons form nm-applet are not installed correctly.

(I'm writing from memory, so icon name and cache update command may be wrong).
