Icecast 2 streaming doesn't work

Bug Description

In Istanbul 0.1.1 there is a little bug that causes the Icecast 2 streaming to not work.
The password was accidentaly not taken from the Option dialog and so the istanbul crashes.
This has been fixed in upstream CVS with revision 1.6 of main.py: http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/istanbul/istanbul/main/main.py?r1=1.7&r2=1.8

I'd like to see this patch merged in the universe package.
