Unable to manage repos through Adept GUI

Bug Description

Binary package hint: adept

The option to edit the repository list through Adepts GUI is greyed out in the menu. I would think that it would be a good idea to continue to include this funtionality in Adept, as not all users are comfortable with the command line.

I can confirm this as far as Kubuntu Edgy is concerned
