Thank you for your bug report. Can you please attach an strace or a backtrace of the crash? I tried the file you gave and other than a bunch of errors that the file.png doesnt exist it does open and does not crash. What version of OO.o are you using?

Please check the attached file. If OOo does not crash immediately, then play with the slides. Select for example the second slide, then resize the image, press Ctrl+A, press Ctrl+C, go to the next slide and press Ctrl+V.
