-safe-mode command argument to firefox does not disable add-ons (extensions)

Bug Description
The command "firefox -safe-mode" should start firefox (bon echo beta 2 1.99+2.
Instead, extensions are still enabled as evidenced by their additional icons and such appearing in the context menus.

Thanks for your bug report. I am afraid I can't reproduce your bug on my Firefox install. After I run `firefox -safe-mode` a window with an option to disable all add-ons appears and after I select this option and click 'Continue in Safe Mode' all of my extensions are disabled.
