Crash when disabling spell check in preference

Bug Description

When i wanted to uncheck automatic spell check in the preference menu of tomboy, it crash.
I'll attach the apport crash report

This appears to be an assertion failure. If you can reproduce it, you can find out why it failed by doing this:

1) Quit Tomboy
2) Open a Terminal
3) Run Tomboy like so:
    $ mono /usr/lib/tomboy/Tomboy.exe --panel-applet --oaf-activate-iid=OAFIID:TomboyApplet_Factory --oaf-ior-fd=40
4) Reproduce the crash and note down what Tomboy prints out.

I was enable to reproduce it in the many attempts i did.
I'll try again and report it if it crash with the output.
