libcue:
Ubuntu bug tracker is empty bugs.debian. org/562568 is about a symbol conflict with libcdio10, not sure how to address this.

doesn't have a bug tracker :-/
packaging is ok, the code looks fine, a tiny library. The functionality, or at least a part of it is also contained in libcdio. Didn't check how much work would be needed to use libcdio only.
