RSS feed problems

Hello Gabriele,
So while using firefox v2 beta2, you go to the URL that you posted and you are getting an error, well it's bringing you to a malformed URL as in the example. You said that you are doing this by clicking on your bookmark. What is the exact URL in your bookmark? Have you verified that the exact same URL produces a different result with stable version of firefox 1.5.x?

the URL of the feed is: http://www.repubblica.it/rss/homepage/rss2.0.xml

in my live bookmark the URL is the same I posted before:
http://www.repubblica.it/2006/10/sezioni/politica/scontro-su-finanziaria/bersani-berlusconi/bersani-berlusconi.htmlhttp://www.repubblica.it/2006/10/sezioni/politica/scontro-su-finanziaria/bersani-berlusconi/bersani-berlusconi.html

On stable version this doesn't occour, with the same feed clicking on the same live bookmark brings me to the correct url that is
http://www.repubblica.it/2006/10/sezioni/politica/scontro-su-finanziaria/bersani-berlusconi/bersani-berlusconi.html

This problem occours only with repubblica.it feeds and with every repubblica.it article listed in the live bookmark.

Thank you for notifying the Ubuntu bug support. Unfortunately, after testing the live bookmark RSS feeder with firefox 2 beta 2 (Bon Echo) I have concluded that repubblica.it is the only site that I can find that is having this problem. I also tested with news.yahoo.com and cnn.com and the Live Bookmarks worked just fine. Due to the Nature of Firefox v2, the fact that it's in beta testing, not all sites are going to be compatible with Firefox 2's features and this is up to the site administrator and not Ubuntu. I would suggest you email the site maintainer of repubblica.it and let them know what's going on.
