That's ok. If you look at the bottom of this page: https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/64291

You'll see an option to attach a file. You need to access that page while running the Live CD, after the installer crash. Clicking on browse, firefox will ask you for a file to upload. Paste in those three file names in turn.

ahh this will be a problem. I don't know what happened, but now the
installer works fine every time. So I don't have those files anymore.

OK, thanks for letting us know. If you experience the same problem with a newer version of Ubuntu please open a separate bug. I'm closing this one now since we cannot pursue it further without log files.
