depency: requires php4, won't go with php5

Bug Description
Installation of mediawiki failes if php5 is installed instead of php4.
I suppose mediawiki will run fine even with php5, so the php-concerning depencies should be php4 OR php5.

Please use the mediawiki1.5 package if you want to install mediawiki with php5.
