gThumb use all memory when resizing images

Bug Description
When I try resizing more than 10 images (1 MB per images from Canon A85) gThumb use a all my RAM memory (256MB) and sometimes my system is dead..
When i resizing a 5 photos then gThumb use a 100MB... It's too much...
Ubuntu Egdy with Xfce, latest version of gThumb.
