pinentry-qt windows opens behind all windows

Well, I use pinentry-qt a lot (for kmail and kopete) and one issue
that keeps annoying me is the fact that the pinentry-qt input windows
opens BEHIND all other windows instead of popping up in my face.
Sometimes I don't see the window at all and notice incoming encrypted
chat messages WAY after they arrived. Maybe this could be alleviated
if the system could play a sound along with the window's appearance?
