Bug Description

Binary package hint: bug-buddy

You can scroll but the scroll bar never appears to move. Doesn't really impact package performance but it IS a little confusing and "unpolished". ;)

The "What were you doing when the application crashed?" area scroll bars work normally, so this is probably a fairly minor bug somewhere.

However: This exact issue is also present in update-manager: https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/64633

(from where I canabalized most of this bug report) therefore I think this may be something related to GNOME in general. I'm not sure how it would be best to file that...

Noticed this after upgrade to Edgy beta from Dapper. Please let me know if you need any additional info!

Thanks for your bug. What theme do you use? Could you make a screenshot of the issue? Do you use compiz or some fancy feature not part of the default installation? Do you use GNOME?

I use GNOME but when I was about to run an update just now, I realized
the problem is no longer present. My last update was on Thursday or
Friday. Whatever was causing it, it must have been fixed during that
update. The problem in Bug Buddy is fixed too.

I believe this bug can be closed now. Please let me know if you need
anything else!

Oops! I meant to say that the problem in _Update Manager_ is fixed too! :) Already made a note of it under that bug report.
